Remove ZoomCheck

But ZoomCheck is more than just annoying, because its presence will turn our computer slow and we’ll see tons of ads while surfing the net.

ZoomCheck is installed by free software setup programs. What’s unnerving about this method usually followed by certain download platforms, is that in most cases, unwanted programs such as ZoomCheck are part of the default installation, unless the user takes the time to customize and/or read everything marked with little font. The best way to avoid this kind of issue, is to stay away from download platforms (softonic, download.com, 01net and lately Clubic). If you must go there, be very careful with what you do, make sure your anti-virus is updated and has a PUP protection (we recommend Eset or MalwareBytes), check the name of the downloaded file, and if it doesn’t match with the wanted software don’t use it, for example when downloading Winrar, if the file has a different name it’s best not to execute it…
