Media Buzz is a new adware program that is usually installed without your knowledge when you download free software. It’s actually a new variation on the adware BetterSurf. This program has one objective: earn money for its designers by generating web traffic. When using certain e-commerce websites such as Amazon, MediaBuzz will offer you advertisements or fake discount vouchers on products similar to the ones you’re perusing. To do this, it collects information on your browsing habits and then sells it to dubious websites.
Media Buzz infects your computer by installing an add-on for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. It’s also going to generate a directory along with some files on your hard drive and modify your registry in several areas. We suggest following the free guide below to remove it safely and completely.
